I want to buy a home theatre…..do they make them with wireless speakers?

By admin · Monday, January 11th, 2010

I am trying find one, but would like to find one that has wireless speakers or is that possible? I just dont want to trip on the wires. If so, where can I purchase one? Is it better with or with out a DVD player in it?
Should the home systems be the same make as the TV?

I would get a wired system, WITHOUT a DVD player. Usually they increase the price of the DVD and since the price dropped dramatically on DVD players in the last year, choose one you really want. The "bundled" or "home theater in a box" systems are easy to buy, but rarely stack up against a standard system.

Also, a wired system is more secure and will always sound perfect, and you can add wireless adapters for an extra speaker set. It uses the headphone or rca audio out jacks, and converts to a wireless set of speakers, check the source link for a set.

Beware, wireless speakers can be affected by power lines, walls, various other electronic frequencies, and usually are very touchy getting a signal.

Yes I know Pioneer makes Wireless Speakers as well as RCA. You can buy them at Bestbuy, Walmart, Circuitcity, and at more eletronics stores. I’m not a big fan of the built in DVD Player. I never was a fan of any eletronics with built in items like VCR/DVD due to the effect that what if it breaks? Then you will have to send the whole thing in and be with out your home theater system. Thats just the way I look at it.
